A Message From The Superintendent:
Together, we are facing a global pandemic that continues to affect our families, students, and community. KCPS has observed the strength and resiliency displayed by our families and staff. Decisions to keep our schools and offices open are based on current health metrics and trends for Kent County.

Please find attached a message from the Superintendent, Dr. Karen Couch.
Meal Benefit Application Reminder
This is an important reminder about the free and reduced meal benefit program. Currently, the USDA extended waiver provides free meals to all students, regardless of eligibility. However, when the waiver runs out,  KCPS will need to ensure free meals can be provided to students who qualify. All meal benefit applications from the previous school year will be expiring, and a new application must be completed. Don’t delay!
